Truffled Potato Cakes with Caviar
paired with our Sonoma Valley Merlot

Ingredients
1 lb. potatoes
truffle oil, to taste
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 oz. caviar
Carton of crème fraiche

Directions
Toss ingredients together till coated well. This salad is much better the next day and will need extra oil and vinegar to keep moist. Enjoy!
