Grilled Chicken Skewers with Apple-Apricot Chutney
paired with our Russian River 'Old Vine' Zinfandel

2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless & cut into strips
10 bamboo skewers (5 inch) soaked in water
1 can poultry rub (Tulocay’s)
1 jar Apple-Apricot Chutney (Carol Hull’s)

Marinate the chicken for at least four hours and then skewer. Grill the chicken until cooked through. Serve with the chutney.
