Bruschetta with Garlic & Basil
paired with our Russian River Valley Pinot Noir


1 loaf baguette, sliced on bias 1/4” thick
6 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced small
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh mozzarella, diced small
1/2 bunch basil, sliced thin (chiffonade)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste


Brush the slices of baguette with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on sheet pan and cook in a 400 degree oven until they become golden brown crostinis, about 6-8 mins. In a bowl combine the diced tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, basil, garlic, mozzarella and season with salt and pepper. Place a spoonful of the tomato mixture on top of the crostinis and enjoy.
