provides a unique and romantic setting for one of the most memorable events of
your lifetime. The Castle’s dramatic circular driveway complete with a “Porte
Cochere” arched carriage entryway, water fountains, and grand staircase
offer a picturesque setting for photographs and the perfect place to celebrate
your love. Ledson Winery and Vineyards, in conjunction with A Dream Wedding, would be honored to host your special event here with us. A Dream Wedding won the 1st place from the San Francisco BayList 2011 as the Best Wedding and Event Planner. In order to provide you with a savings from beginning to end, we would like to offer the following amenities to you:
Weddings: Site fee is $9,800 for the first 100 guests, $12,000 for 101-250 guests.
• Exclusive use of winery grounds outdoors
• One hour for ceremony rehearsal outdoors
• Interior of Castle for bridal party photos (after closing hour only)
• Bride and groom changing rooms from 5pm-11pm
• Dining tables and chairs for 150 guests
• Custom silhouette building lights
• Two complimentary VIP reserve tastings
• Fridays and Sundays deduct $2000.00 from site fee
• Mondays-Thursdays deduct $3500.00 from site fee
• Inquire about our off-season rates
Pre-Rehearsal Picnic: $40 per person plus tax includes:
• Deli buffet
• Salad
• Sandwiches (1 per person)
• Cookies (1 per person)
• Whole fruit
• 1 bottle of wine for every 6 guests
Post-rehearsal Wine and Cheese Reception $35 per person plus tax includes:
• 1 ½ hour reception in the picnic grounds (weather permitting)
• 1 bottle of wine for every 4 guests (selection to be made by winery)
• Cheese and fruit platter
• Reception may also be held at the Ledson Hotel on the Sonoma Square
Accommodations at the Ledson Hotel (based upon availability):
• 20% off Bridal Suite for bride and groom (2 nt. minimum)
• 1 complimentary additional night (Thur. or Mon.) for the bride and groom only, if the couple books all 6 rooms for 3 nights
