I am extremely excited and honored about the opportunity to build the HGTV Dream Home 2009 in picturesque Sonoma, the birthplace of my family’s farming legacy. The 3,628-square-foot Victorian Farmhouse style home reflects my signature of historic splendor and modern-day luxury that is also showcased in our famous “Castle” in Kenwood, our meticulously designed Hotel & Harmony Lounge situated on the historic plaza in Sonoma, and our sister winery Zina Hyde Cunningham in the beautiful Anderson Valley.

The HGTV Dream Home 2009, a classically styled wine-country farmhouse, is located in Armstrong Estates, a beautiful neighborhood setting and one of Sonoma’s most historic and prestigious landmarks. I look forward welcoming the lucky winner to the neighborhood.
